I am. I am. I am.

Take A Deep Breath I invite you for a moment to close your eyes, find your breath, and listen for the rhythm that connects you within.

Cultivate a sense of sitting inside the breath itself, letting all else fall away including the stories, the narratives, the emotions, the ego.

Let go those depleting habits of struggling with the present moment because you are reliving a past event or trying to live in a future moment that has not yet arrived.

Simply allow them to fall away on their own as you sit inside breath, fully present to the flow of the inhale and the flow of the exhale. Breath at the nostrils, the rise and fall of the chest and belly.   “I took a deep breath and listened to the old bray of my heart: I am, I am, I am” ~ Sylvia Plath  As you become more present and aware of each moment repeat to yourself “I am, I am, I am” . "I am"  is the representation of unity, oneness, wholeness and a more pure awareness. These words “I am” direct the mind inwards, to a space of awareness  regardless of where you are.

This is the transformative  power of  yoga . It supports us to seek out and to remove all of those obstacles in the mindscape so that we can see more clearly and transcend our own self imposed limited beliefs.

Each time we step onto the mat and work with conscious breath we come closer to this state of “I am". When we surrender, we see it more clearly. When we feel clear, we are able to come to terms with where we are. This is particularly important at this present time when there is so much change, uncertainty and disruption in the world.

Our challenges allow us the opportunity to be in greater relationship with our self. Remember, " I am" learning and "I am" growing, " I am " healing. "I am" moving closer to wholeness

Know that each conscious breath that you take can shape how you are going to be right now. This is the magic of breath awareness,  it gifts us a choice.

Sit inside the breath, “I am, I am, I am”

May all beings everywhere sit inside the breath and become whole
