What is Vedic Meditation
Vedic meditation is a profound yet simple practice where you sit with your eyes closed for 20 minutes, twice a day. It doesn’t involve trying to control your thoughts, instead, you are given a personal mantra to repeat silently that releases accumulated stress, relaxing your body and mind. With the repetition of mantra, the stress in your system naturally and effortlessly starts to drop away making you feel calmer and more peaceful. When we practice this consistently, clarity, peace and inspiration flows.​​

4 x 90 min Sessions
In just four 90-minute sessions, you will learn a simple, effortless technique that you can practice anytime for life. Each session builds on the last, giving you a grounded understanding and direct experience of meditation’s benefits.
Session 1: 90 mins. Initiation into the Vedic Meditation lineage, where you will receive your personal mantra, a sound passed down through this ancient tradition. This is an experiential introduction to the technique and you will be gently guided into practicing with mantra, experiencing how effortless repetition allows the mind to settle.
Session 2: 90 mins. Refinement; a deep dive into the guidelines of the technique and exploration of the key principles that make Vedic Meditation effortless to help you to integrate your new practice easily into daily life.

Session 3: 90 mins. Understand the science behind stress and how stress is released through meditation, why thoughts arise, and why this is a natural and positive part of the process..

Session 4: 90 mins. What life looks like as a longer-term meditator and how meditation transforms your mind and emotions, relationships and wellbeing. Leave feeling confident, self-sufficient and supported for life through our meditation community.
