What is Vedic Meditation
Vedic meditation is a profound yet simple practice where you sit with your eyes closed for 20 minutes, twice a day. It doesn’t involve trying to control your thoughts, instead, you are given a personal mantra to repeat silently that relaxes your body and mind. With the repetition of mantra, the accumulated stress in your system naturally starts releasing making you feel calmer and more present. When we practice this consistently, clarity, peace and inspiration flows.​​

Session 1: 90 mins. Introduction to the essential components of Vedic Meditation, Receive your own personalized mantra.
Session 2: 90 mins. A deep dive into the fundamental guidelines and principles of practice.
Session 3: 90 mins. Understanding why thoughts in meditation are good and that all experiences are valid.
Session 4: 90 mins. Life as a longer-term meditator, the qualities you unlock and how meditation improves your life.​
