Service Description

Invest in maintaining a sense of wellbeing through continued practice via these 3 specially crafted pre-recorded classes designed to give you the movement, breath, and mindfulness to continue on the journey whilst the studio is closed for 3 weeks. Recording Links will be sent out every Saturday for you to practice in your own time.
