26 Oct - 6 Nov 2024

Retreat with Dani Pritchard & Jill Harris

Explore the Sacredness of India through this deep immersion in the mother land of Yoga.

This twelve-day guided program begins in the capital city of India. Delhi, one of the most historically significant cities in India.

The first few days we explore both the old and new cities of Delhi before flying to the birthplace of Yoga, Rishikesh,

Rishikesh is the epicenter of all spiritual practice and attracts seekers from all around the world who come to study and practice the ancient art forms of yoga and meditation.

We have eight days in Rishikesh which includes a five-day immersive retreat run by Jill and I consisting of daily asana practices, breathwork and philosophy workshops.

It concludes with three sacred days in the Holy City of Varanasi to complete our adventure. Varanasi is considered to be one of the holiest cities in India and is home to numerous temples and shrines. It is located on the banks of the Ganges River, where we will have the privilege of bearing witness to it's many ceremonies and rituals.

Jill Harris has been teaching yoga in the Krishnamacharya linage since 2004. We more recently completed a 4-year study in Yoga Therapy together, deepening our understanding of how powerful yoga is in assisting peoples healing journey and supporting their full potential.

Jill's passion is using yoga philosophy as food for the mind. Of using the ancient teachings to inform us how we can live life in the modern world.  Jill strongly believes that yoga is a way to find the real joy in life, to live well and to honour the temple we all inhabit - the body.
