Service Description

Vedic meditation is an easy and effortless technique that is practiced for 20 minutes twice a day, sitting comfortably with the eyes closed. There is no control of the mind required as you are given a personal mantra and are taught how to use it silently and effortlessly to cause the mind and body to relax. This allows the effortless release of built-up stress and fatigue. Through a daily practice, you become less stressed, calmer, clearer and happier.
