Living yoga from the inside out

Join me for a pilgrimage into the ethical roots of yoga and a deep dive an exploration of how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us at the very beautiful and soul-nourishing

 Blue Green Sanctuary.

Nestled within five acres of pristine nature in Bangalow, Byron Bay Shire, this immersive boutique retreat offers us a sacred space to slow down, tune in, listen deeply and reconnect with what is essential, ourselves.

Over 6 days, we will explore timeless yogic principles, not only as philosophy, but as living practices through postures, breath, meditation, yoga nidra, chant and self-inquiry.

We begin to embody yoga as a felt sense, an experience, of awakening wisdom from within rather than seeking it outside of ourselves.

This is a journey of inner refinement, of being in service to yourself, aligning with your authenticity, peace and bearing witness to your own becoming.

An invitation to consciously move through your life with greater clarity,  ease, steadiness and grace.

All levels of practitioner welcome.
