Service Description

The ancient yogis have tailored home practices for their students for thousands of years. Working together to address whatever is presenting as a problem we guide the physical, physiological, psychological and emotional layers towards positive and powerful change. This 60 min consultation is for those that have completed the Yoga Therapy package and are looking to receive a newly prescribed practice with using different tools of yoga to restore balance and health through a daily practice.
